Please review the following policies regarding returns, and refunds.

RETURN POLICY:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Due to the nature of our products, certain items can not be returned.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at Shop@5-fiftyfive.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

REFUND PROCESS:
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges, unless you received the wrong or defective item. If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
